Everyone celebrates the gains—faster speeds, higher verticals, more goals, points, & touchdowns.
But we don’t talk enough about what keeps athletes in the action.
Mobility. Balance. Body control.
I preach these points just as much to my mom&dad as I do to my own kids! Learning to control your body in the small movements is what builds resilience. It’s what helps you stay agile, recover from a misstep, get out of wobbly chairs, and reduce injury risk.
The flashy stuff gets the attention. The little things keep you healthy enough to keep chasing it.
