NEW this summer — FULL 90-minute training sessions designed to elevate your game for athletes 12 y/o +
Sessions will include:
🔥 Sportsmetric injury prevention warm-up
⚽ Technical + tactical
🥅 Small-sided games with finishing
💪 Fitness, strengthening, and core work
🧘 Cool-down + recovery work
This is a complete, high-level 90-minute session focused on performance, development, and injury prevention.
