Mondays is FJ4U Interval Blast - Join us at 6:00 pm ET for a 45 minute low impact interval workout. This class will consist of cardio and strength/toning exercises using a your body weight or some variety of equipment i.e dumbbells, kettlebells and/or resistance bands for a total body workout. Where: Norwood Recreation Center / 2039 Sherman Avenue / Norwood, OH 45212 in the Club Room

Cost: $5 pe

Norwood Rec Center membership is Not required to participate in the class! All fitness levels are welcomed and beginner friendly. We would love to have you join our Fun, Supportive, Judgement Free Zone community. Take the first steps to making your self care a priority.
