NEW CLASS ALERT ‼️ Connect is a small group class (maximum 16 people so reserve your spot early!) where you’ll move about the room in a more free-flowing environment. Taking each exercise at your own pace, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down and build the mind body connection, improve your movement patterns, and truly focus on challenging your strength. Connect also allows for more individualized connection between you and your instructor. Learn more about how your body should move and use that knowledge in your other Eleven classes.
