📢 Adult Gymnastics Update!

There will be NO Adult Gymnastics this Thursday, August 27th.

Starting next week, Adult Gymnastics will restart on Fridays from 7:00–8:30 PM!

We can’t wait to see everyone back in the gym!

Special shout out goes to Bella and Lucy! Bella and Lucy received an award for having the highest score of all who competed in her level, each finishing NUMBER 1 on the day of finals! Lucy finished #1 on Vault and Bella finished #1 on bars for Level 3.

What makes us the proudest isn’t just the medals, it’s watching these athletes step onto the floor, compete with confidence, overcome nerves, and give it everything they have. ❤️

Congratulations to ALL of our AAU Junior Olympic athletes! You represented yourselves, and our gym with so much heart. We couldn’t be more proud of you!

We are SO proud of our amazing gymnasts who represented our gym at AAU Nationals! 🏆💙❤️

These girls have continued to show up, put in the work, compete, learn, and keep pushing themselves toward the next level!

Summer training is where so much growth happens, and we enjoy seeing their dedication, determination, and willingness to keep working even after a big competition. Some even continued on to the AAU Junior Olympic Games after Nationals!

We decided to have a little fun with our Lost & Found today and turned it into a full blown fashion show! 💃🏼

Our Lost & Found is officially OVERFLOWING, and we know these goodies belong to our gym families! 👚🩳👗🧤🧢
