NEW MAYHEM ATHLETE program DROPPED! For the start of this cycle - you’ll test your 3RM back squat and 3RM deadlift.
This cycle is going to feel different, in the best way possible.
We’re kicking off a new strength approach inspired by old-school CrossFit training.
Expect a fun mix of strength, conditioning, gymnastics, skill work, and
classic-style training that keeps athletes engaged while continuing to build well-rounded fitness.
You’ll still squat.
You’ll still pull.
You’ll still press.
And yes, you’ll still get stronger.
