Please leave your name and phone number IN the bag WITH the glove. Drop off anytime day or night, then text me at 847.899.5423 to let me know it’s been dropped. For those who wish to meet me and/or borrow a loaner, you need to text me and coordinate a time. ALL LOANERS REQUIRE A $250 CASH DEPOSIT

Please use UPS if at all possible. It is the only service which provides a clear return shipping label every single time.
If you have an account with FedEx, that would work.
If you know how to use the online “click and ship” on USPS.com you can use that. I will NOT accept USPS return shipping with stamps. So go online and print one or have a friend help you. Using stamps just forces me to wait in lines to tell them “it is not hazardous.”
ANY package which arrives WITHOUT a pre-paid shipping sticker or printout INCLUDED IN THE BOX will incur the cost of shipping PLUS a $20 INconvenience fee. So it’s around an extra $30 if you refuse to follow directions. So please just follow them.

How soon will I have my glove back?
*New* Expedited orders....$50 for your glove back in the mail in 2 real days, and $30 for 5 real days. This is the only way I know how to deal with the great increase in work!

What kind of repairs do you offer?
All lacing issues, padding for any glove, strap problems, broken interior plastic pieces, holes in palm liner or between fingers, replacement thumb or pinkie loops, web swaps, break angle adjustment, pocket re-centering, and dog damage.
What can I expect in a stock Wagner Relace/Break-In
- ALL lace removed, pick NEW colors for FREE!
- Glove turned inside out for reconditioning
- Factory Palm Adhesive removed
- All holes re-punched
- Interior and exterior reconditioned (if needed)
- Felt checked, heel felt angle slit for easier break angle adjustment
- Drop knuckle lace/cinch-tite loop added
- Tanners lace oiled, pre-stressed before relace.
This service is preferred by some of the top players in the NCAA and in the MLB. Never struggle with “new glove stiffness” again. Your glove will be usable within two weeks and you will receive foolproof instructions for the perfect follow up at home.
What does your work cost?
Repairs run between $15 and $45, and Relaces/Break-In cost between $35 and $100. It all depends on models and web styles and damage.
Why does your work cost more than some other guys?
Simple. They don’t do nearly as much. most only take out old lace, put in new, and slap some oil on it....my performance mods take extra time....but the performance is unmistakable.
Do you offer loaner gloves?
You can choose from some of my incredible gloves, but only with a fully refundable $250 cash deposit. You must arrange a drop off to take advantage of this service.
What kind of lace do you use?
All lace is Tennessee Tanners HOH 100 lb. pull weight 3/16." Nothing else outperforms it. (Occasionally I will use other laces if specific colors are desired.)
What lace colors can you use for my glove?
