I’m 59. I’ve been lifting weights for more than 45 years. And I train very differently today than I did when I was younger.
When I was younger, more weight, more intensity and pushing harder seemed like the answer to everything. At 59, my priorities have changed. I still want muscle. I still want to be strong. But I also want healthy joints, conditioning, mobility and the ability to keep doing this for decades.
That’s what influences how we train adults at Preston Strength. We don’t train you for the gym. We use the gym to train you for life.
After 40, you don’t need to prove how tough you are every workout. You need intelligent strength training you can continue doing year after year.
Muscle matters. Strength matters. Recovery matters. Consistency matters. Longevity matters. That’s Strong Over 40.
