It's amazing how i question myself on receiving an award on Health and Wellness last night, then this morning receiving this message. Once again I was reminded that it's not about me! It is a gift from GOD to encourage and inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle. GOD will remind you of your purpose if you place yourself in a position to hear.

No specific meal plan, we just removed the bad carbs/sodium and most sugars because that’s her weakness🤣😂...we kept it moving consistently 4/5 days a week sometimes morning cardio and a combination of weights in the evening. She CONSISTENTLY did the work, we just encouraged her what the end goal would be. She caught the vision and she did the DAM THANG!
