I’m ready for another trip around the sun! I’ve always asked “if you didn’t know how old you were, how old would you act?” no one ever answers! But I truly believe it’s true, age is just a number, mind over matter, manifesting what you believe and what you feel, all that stuff.
I love you all, it’s only noon, but thank you already for all the amazing birthday wishes. Even though I have YTT today from 1 to 6, I know it will be a fabulous day! Looking forward to whatever adventures are coming next! 🩷🎂🎈🥳🎉

Recently, my yoga teacher reminded us that yoga is not about the shapes, but how we feel when we move and get into those shapes. As I left the studio, I was greeted with a glorious sunset. It was like the world was reminding me to slow down, feel and remember and now after I finally, finally watched The Greatest Showman, the movie ended with this quote from PT Barnum. Sort of sums up everything. ☯️🩷🕉️
