We are an experienced personal training and nutrition company. We are a great fit for anyone who is looking to gain or lose weight. We specialize in boxing and development of speed strength power and flexibility but can help anyone with any goal. Currently we offer in person sessions in the greater charlotte area, online training with customized diet and boxing lessons. All plans come with a meal plan made for you by our nutritionist. We as a company, were founded on the principle of using fitness to help those with physical issues such as injury recovery to performance enhancement and to help cope with mental health. We pride ourselves on being founded by police officers and veterans who have dealt with both physical and mental injures/condtions. All of our trainers have at least a masters degree.
