Pick it up is an 8-week exercise program designed to teach individuals with Parkinson’s Disease (PD) how to safely and confidently play pickleball in a community setting.

The next session will run from September 14 through November 4. Classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the Wellness Center.
