The adult Muay Thai classes at Sitan Gym are designed with all levels in mind. You will be partnered with someone of the same level who is eager to learn just like you! Head trainer Thiago Azeredo gives personal attention to each person during every class. You will be critiqued on what you are doing right and wrong, and corrected appropriately to advance your skills. Our most popular class is the Muaythai Fundamentals class, great for building or brushing up on your Muay Thai basics.

Freedom 41 keeps getting bigger! With championship fights, top professional talent, and a stacked undercard filled with rising prospects, July 25 is shaping up to be one of the biggest Freedom events yet.
Ruben Navarette vs Aaron Brito will be contested in the professional Muay Thai 61kg lightweight division.
Representing Sitan Gym Arizona in Arizona, Ruben Emilio Navarrette brings a 1-0 professional record into the prestigious Freedom ring and looks to continue his perfect start. Standing across from him is Aaron Rocka Brito of Technique Training Aaron from New York, who enters with a 4-2 professional record and is making a quick return after competing at Freedom 40 on June 6.
Ruben Emilio Navarrette looks to make a huge statement in his debut on Freedom, while Aaron Rocka Brito looks to continue climbing up the later to get a step closer to the USA title. Will Ruben remain upset the hometown fighter and remain undefeated, or will Aaron’s experience give Ruben his fist defeat? Find out July 25.

Rough day at the office last night. We went into this fight knowing this was a tough challenge for Danny. Fought an older kid with more experience in his home town. Ultimately he lost the fight, but learned a lot. Danny after the fight is eager to get back to the gym and fix the mistakes. Losses make fighters, not wins. It’s easy to win all the time. A telling trait of a fighter, is what happens after their losses. We a proud of how he composed himself the entire time. Took the loss with class. One thing we know, this kid is going places, and it’s just the beginning of his story, I look forward to see where he goes.

Thank you to the coaches and guys from the gym that came out to support and OKG for having us out. Congrats to Jet on his performance.
