Earlier this month, we were grateful to be able to train in-person with my martial brother, Sensei Tim Ciampaglio, here at Figueroa’s One Heart Siu Lum Pai Hung Kuen - Arizona! He came to visit us all the way from his home state of Florida. We look forward to continuing his virtual training, and hope to be able to get together in-person again soon!
