Another good day of Saturday (5/1/2026) morning training.
1st hour - all. Kihon - focusing on hips vibration, hips rotation with hanmi, shomen and gyaku-hanmi. Fine points of Taikyoku to Heian sandan katas.
2nd hour - brown and black belts review and fine points on Kanku-dai and Tekki sandan.

Consistency builds knowledge and skills that help you progress on your next level.
