Over the next three days we will be revealing our Rogue senior routine ✨THEMES✨for Szn 7. Starting today with 🕺🏻GUNSLINGERS🪩 this Disco / 1970s / Saturday Night Fever routine is going to be one of the most out there and wild vibes we’ve EVER done. We’ve already got our girls working on the disco moves in practice and the uniform mock up is possibly our most FUN vision yet!

If you know anything about Rogue, you know that we love to go ALL in for our routine themes. This last year we did a Dolly Parton/Western Barbie routine for our Wrangler’s and Renegades did an ancient Egyptian theme. Both were iconic. In past Rogue seasons we did one senior team Cops and another Robbers (szn5), NASA/space exploration, Boxing (szn4) and we were one of the first on the West Coast to do the Race car themed routine (szn3)..just to recall a few. We don’t just put clips of songs that fit the theme in the music and call it good. We bring a vision to life with the uniform design and choreography that tells a story to fit the unique vision. We can’t WAIT to reveal our S3 Fugitives theme tomorrow! Followed by Renegade’s on Friday. Stay tuned!!!

Tuesdays are for Rogue Round Up (youth pre-szn) and Gunslingers (S2) practice! Tonight was so fun. The gym was full and the athletes were gaining new skills! The best part is we’ve seen athletes making new friends that they never would’ve met otherwise! It really is so special the way that cheerleading can bring people together! Gunslingers had their first full team practice (we’ve had some kids out of town) and first team picture of so many! They also had their theme revealed today and we can’t wait to share it with you!

Over the last year, we’ve been building something incredibly special at Rogue, and we couldn’t be prouder of the coaching staff we’ve put together. Everything has finally clicked into place, and we’ve reached a perfect balance where it just feels exactly like it was meant to be. To us, coaching isn’t just about the sport, it’s about being truly invested in our Rogue kids as athletes and as people. Being a mentor and a positive role model is the biggest part of our job, and honestly, nothing brings us more joy than seeing the kids light up and be genuinely excited to have these coaches leading their teams. Going from a micro staff to now having all eight of us pouring our hearts into Rogue is something so special, and it is bound to be an incredible season for our gym! FREE Open Gym @ Rogue on Fridays starting June 12th through summer🔥We’ve heard so many people say that Rogue is their happy place, so we figured why not open the doors on Fridays to let you come hang out, have fun, and do what you love? These sessions will be a little more low-key than our Ironclad open gyms from the springtime, those were structured , these will be a true summertime Open Gym, low key and a lot of fun. Some people view pressure as a barrier, our Rogue athletes view it as fuel 🍽️ 🔥
Two weeks into Szn 7, and our S2, S3 and S5 teams have only had two practices together, but the hunger to push boundaries is already at its peak. When you love the grind, the pressure just becomes part of the process. Rogue Szn 7 is officially off to a solid start.

Two of our Rogue girls started throwing standing backhand springs today with no spot! Love seeing these kids reach their goals and discover all that they are capable of! It’s the whole reason we do this!
