We built a custom lightweight cargo harness for a Cedar Rapids packrafter who needed better load stability. We used Dyneema webbing and Hypalon patches to keep weight down and resist abrasion. Result: 30% lighter carry and steadier gear placement on whitewater runs. We also reinforced a transom with UHMW for a secure frame fit when they added a small outboard.
