I did it! Stepping outside my comfort zone, I recently participated in the "Art of the Cowgirl" show in Wickenburg, Arizona. It was an incredibly enlightening and valuable learning experience. I had the wonderful opportunity to connect with other artists who were showcasing their work to the public. The most significant takeaway for me was realizing the true artistry of translating my thoughts and emotions into mohair, creating a functional piece of art. While my go-to space remains my loom and workshop, this experience has boosted my confidence, and I'm already looking forward to participating in more events in the future.
