Spirit Wellness Club Welcome to Spirit Wellness Club! We make it our mission to provide exceptional fitness equipment and We offer two floors of fitness machines and training rooms.

Spirit Wellness Club stands out as the best and largest fitness club in Southern Utah. Our unparalleled equipment and services include over 200 fitness machines, MedX and Teca lines unmatched in biomechanics and quality, private fitness rooms, two complete PACE and Spring circuits as well as fully equipped locker rooms with personal lockers and showers. We boast a variety of fitness programs from

yoga and Zumba to spinning and rowing. Other classes specialize in weight loss, body toning and speed walking. All group fitness classes are lead by our wonderful team of certified instructors. All levels are welcome to join in! Spirit even has a RUVA tanning room, sauna and licensed child care. Never stand in line for machines again!
