October 10th, AJ makes his boxing debut!

This will be his first fight under the Empire banner. He will be going into this fight more prepared than ever. AJ is putting in the work and preparing alongside some tough guys.

We would love to see everyone come together to show their support as he represents our gym for the first time.

Morning training is coming to Empire!

We know there are a lot of people who want to train, but between work, family, school, and everything else life throws at you, evening classes just don't always fit the schedule.

So we're giving you another option.

Starting October 12th, we're adding 6 AM training five days a week:

Jiu-Jitsu - Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Muay Thai - Tuesday & Thursday

Whether you've been training for years or you've never stepped on the mats before, you're welcome here!

We're already putting together a great group for the mornings, and we'd love for you to be part of it. Train before work. Keep your evenings.
