Over the last six weeks, this incredible group showed up, stayed consistent, and trusted the process.

Together they lost an amazing 52.94 pounds of body fat, but the number on the scale isn’t what we’re most proud of.

They learned how to fuel their bodies with a balanced approach to nutrition, built sustainable habits, improved their confidence, and proved that lasting results come from consistency—not perfection.

The real victory is that they now have the tools and knowledge to continue making progress long after the challenge is over.

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to becoming a healthier version of yourselves.

Congratulations, Challenge Finishers! Your results are proof that when you combine accountability, education, and consistency, amazing things happen.

We want to give them something better.

This summer at One More Fitness, teens will learn:• Proper lifting technique• Confidence through hard work• Discipline and consistency• Athletic performance training• Healthy habits that can last a lifetime

This is bigger than just working out.

Strength training teaches kids how to challenge themselves, work through adversity, build self-confidence, and become stronger mentally and physically.

Huge shoutout to Jacob! šŸ‘šŸ”„

Jacob has been putting in the work with us throughout this entire school year and the results have been incredible to watch. His strength, coordination, endurance, and overall athleticism have improved tremendously through consistency, effort, and a great attitude every session.

Now Jacob is getting ready for the upcoming football season, and we are excited to see all of his hard work transfer onto the field. šŸ’ŖšŸˆ

One thing we’re most proud of is seeing young athletes learn the value of discipline, consistency, and confidence through training. Jacob showed up, trusted the process, and kept improving week after week.

Today in Kids Fit Level 2, we worked on tempo squats to improve lifting technique, body awareness, and movement quality.

By slowing the squat down, athletes are forced to control every part of the movement instead of rushing through reps. This gives them time to feel proper positioning, recognize mistakes, and make corrections in real time.

Tempo work helps improve:• Squat technique and mechanics• Balance and control• Strength through the full range of motion• Body awareness and coordination• Long term movement patterns

The goal is not just to make this set look better. It’s to help program better movement patterns for the next workout, the next sport practice, and the next time they squat.

Great movement is built through control first. Speed and power come after technique. Proud of the work these athletes put in today. šŸ‘Š
