Athletic Republic is a science-based sports performance training company delivering quantifiable results. We believe there is a better way to train athletes no matter their age or sport. We take athletes beyond their personal limits through our sport science-based systematic protocols and on our proprietary training equipment that focuses on development of speed and power through high-speed treadmill training. In addition we fine-tune athlete's dynamic stability with our specialized plyometric training that increases an athlete's multi-directional base. Our sports performance training center in Cary, NC offers something for athletes of all ages, from AR-FIT sessions in the morning for active adults to afternoon Acceleration Training for scholastic athletes looking to gain a step on the competition. We can provide specialized training for athletes in any sport, as well as custom programs for teams and clubs. Other programs include indoor cycling for adults, Return 2 Play for anyone looking to return to full activity after a concussion or an injury, and running mechanics consultations.

Big congratulations to Sierra Coulter, winner of the Women's Novice Light Welterweight division at the Apex Martial Arts Tournament last weekend!

The tournament emphasizes skill, timing, technique, and ex*****on, and Sierra came ready to compete.

Sierra has been putting in the work with Coach Tara through personal training building strength, conditioning, and overall athleticism to support her performance in the ring.

1,000 classes!!🏆

This morning, Christy became the first adult member in Athletic Republic Cary history to complete 1,000 classes!

For more than 5 years, Christy has consistently shown up and put in the work, primarily with our 6am crew, averaging about 4 classes per week.

She has also made it a family affair. Her mom, Terri, joined her in 2023 and has now completed more than 650 classes of her own.

Christy's dedication and consistency set an incredible example, and she continues to inspire the members around her every day.

1,000 classes is a milestone built one workout at a time.

Showing up consistently and putting in the work gets results.

Dom did exactly that this summer, finishing with a 28% overall improvement. He increased his peak force from 189.8 to 311.1 LBF, made a big jump in rate of force development, and improved both his vertical jump and 10-yard dash.

That's a productive summer. Great work, Dom!

Ayan finished his summer with a 24% overall improvement, getting faster in both his 10-yard dash and 10-yard fly while adding 3.5 inches to his vertical jump. He also more than doubled his rate of force development.

This past Saturday, six members of our AR-FIT community joined Trainer Tara Hartman to take on the Spartan Race in Asheville, conquering a 5K course packed with 20 obstacles that tested their strength, endurance, agility, and grit.

From early morning workouts to encouraging each other every step of the course, this group showed what consistency, determination, and community are all about.

Congratulations Christy, Philip, Suma, Meri, Amy, and William for taking on the challenge and crushing it! And kudos to Tara for the varied, creative workouts she designed to get everyone ready!
