Meet Lakshmi!!!!!

What I love most about ISI is the energy, the coaches, and the amazing community. Every workout challenges me, and the coaches always seem to know when I have a little more to give — even when I don’t think I do!

I’ve seen improvements in my strength, endurance, and confidence, but I’m still a work in progress — and that’s what makes the journey exciting.

ISI has become more than just a place to work out. It’s a place where I feel motivated, supported, challenged, and encouraged to keep becoming a stronger version of myself.

So grateful for this journey and excited to see where it takes me next!
