About Coach Cat 🐈

Started my journey with ISI Wake Forest November 2022 as a Sales Leader. I was inspired and believed in ISI’s community and culture, that I chose to continue my journey with ISI and take my CPT to be a Certified Coach.

My love for fitness grew enormously but what filled my heart even more was the relationships I built, the children I met and watch grow up, and the huge transformations of the incredible humans I was teaching everyday. I learned more from my members what it meant to have grit and discipline all while having fun!!!

I left a corporate job of 10 years to take on this new role as your Facility Manager because I believe in Apex. I believe in us and I look forward to building and nurturing relationships and watching your transformations happen!!! Let’s Go!!!!

Laura will continue serving as Regional Facility Manager, overseeing operations for both Apex and Midtown Raleigh while supporting our Franchise Partners as we continue to grow and expand into future facilities. 😃
 
My goal is to ensure your experience at ISI is worthwhile as you share your fitness journey with us and this amazing community.
