So bittersweet selling everything. But gotta say I'm loving the "sweet" part - getting to see amazing POWER women I haven't seen in forever!!! GAH!!!! I just love ya'll so much. It's been good for my soul to connect with you.

Well POWER peeps - it's been a beautiful journey with all of you. It is with a tremendous mix of emotion that I announce POWER's liquidation sale. Yup! Selling everything in the gym. After taking a year off to listen and discern where God was calling me, it is evident that my time of sacred sweating is over. This post made me chuckle today. Oh the arrogance. I cannot believe I thought I could recover from spine surgery in a week. Such a beautiful lesson on humility. Our future is not in our control. Thank goodness His plan is ALWAYS so much better then anything I could ever envision. Even if it doesn't "feel" like it. Learning to replace my feelings with faith. POWER family - I will be shutting the studio down for at least a week, maybe two, while I have some work done on my back. :) Always a journey, right? Redefining health and fitness every step of the way! I have the utmost confidence you will continue to nourish body and soul through exercise, healthy eating, prayer/meditation, while I am recovering. RIGHT??? Right. Peace and prayers to all.

Class as usual this week. I have created THE most balanced week of workouts that will get your beautiful bodies to run at optimal efficiency. But I can't do the work for ya. What do your priorities look like today? Well- they won't matter if you lose your health!!! Health first-the rest will fall into place.
