We hosted an outstanding camp this weekend with Penn State wrestlers Connor Pierce and Ty Watson. Our sincere thanks go out to the parents who contributed to the camp's success and to the children for their enthusiasm and hardwork. Thank you to the coaches who helped. They spent 10 plus hours with our campers working through moves. This experience has provided a valuable opportunity for growth and an understanding of what it takes to wrestle at the top level. We are excited to announce plans for additional elite training camps this summer. Stay tuned for more information!
And lookout for some fun content!

The Colosseum is committed to bringing the highest level of wrestling instruction to our athletes.

We are proud to host Penn State wrestlers Ty Watson and Connor Pierce as they share the techniques, mindset, and habits that have helped them compete at the highest level of collegiate wrestling.

Opportunities like this are what help separate good from great.

Summer Camp highlights!

New skills. Extra mat time. Lots of hard work.

The athletes showed up ready to learn, compete, and improve. That’s what it’s all about.

The Colosseum is having a guest come teach us gymnastics and mobility!
Tumbling and mobility is extremely important for basic foundations for wrestling!
-This class is FREE-

This class will be from 4:30-5:30 on Tuesday and Thursday before practice with Quentin Mobley. He is a former collegiate cheerleader and member of the University of West Georgia’s 2003 National Championship team. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, he spent more than 18 years coaching competitive gymnastics and tumbling.

During his coaching career, Quentin developed numerous state champions, regional and national qualifiers, and athletes who advanced to NCAA Division I programs. Recognized for his focus on strength, flexibility, and sound tumbling technique, he helped athletes reach their full potential both in and out of the gym.

Anyone is welcome!
