Cheer on the Cate runners at the CIF-SS Division 4 Track and Field Finals tomorrow at Moorpark HS! Two individuals and one relay team advanced from the prelims last weekend. Sophie '27 finished 7th overall to advance in the 1600-meter run, and Ati '27 won his heat in the 1600, automatically advancing to the finals.

Ati teamed with Ethan '28, Jackson '27, and Jordan '26 to finish 8th in the 4x800 meter relay to qualify for the finals. Jackson '28 is headed with the team as a reliable alternate. Go Rams!

Boys Tennis progress to the second round of playoffs after a 10-8 win over Santa Barbara High. Go Rams!

Cate swim in their opening meet at Carpinteria High School on Friday. The Rams won both the girls and boys 98.5 to 64.5 and 120 to 49 respectively. The team competes again this Friday when they host Foothill Tech. Go Rams!

Over the weekend, Cate hosted the first Winter Junior WTN Tournament on the Mesa with 52 players participating. With a number of Cate tennis players in action, Kakeru '27 won the singles while Bruce '28 and Kendrick '28 won doubles. Ivy '28 and Reyna '27 won the female doubles while Jade '28 won singles. Congratulations to Jade '28, Alex '28, and Graham '26 for participating in the Santa Barbara Junior Winter Championships (a USTA-sanctioned event). With 57 junior players from across the state of California, Jade won her division in singles while Alex and Graham finished second in their division for doubles.
