On the bench today is a complete set of Browning Citori from the 80's. This beautiful set of s***t guns was inherited by a customer of mine and just wants them cleaned up so he can pass them on.

It has been a while since I had anything interesting on the bench worth posting about. On the bench today is an Ithaca model 37, aka featherlight. This one is very well used as you can see. The owner complained that the trigger was not resetting. What was actually the problem is the safety detent was seized and would not allow the safety to be deactivated. He requested only that I fix it and give it a good cleaning. I did both though it was difficult due to all the sized screws and the buttstock screws are striped. Let this be a lesson to us all to take better care of our fi****ms.
