We are officially heading into Week 6 of getfit! Whether you’re chasing those final point goals or just looking for a reason to step away from the screen, this week’s lineup has something for everyone.

From tunnel walks to the science behind your sweat, let’s keep that energy high! 👟✨

This Week’s Highlights:

Daily Tunnel Walks: Multiple locations and times to help you get those steps in—rain or shine! 🏢

Science of Strength Training: (Wed @ 5:30 PM) Learn the why behind the workout with personal trainer Madeleine Cary and Associate Director of Fitness, Equipment and Performance Luke Olivier. 🧠💪

Barre: (Thu @ 5:45 PM) Sculpt and strengthen at Alumni Wang. 🩰

Pro Tip: This weekend’s theme is Move for Fun! Grab a friend for pickup basketball or a long walk. It doesn’t have to feel like a "workout" to count.
