Lyle Buhler has been with Caldwell Night Rodeo for over 50 years. He loved working in the arena during performances, pulling the barrier for the timed events and making sure the right cowboy got the right steer. He continues to dedicate his time along side his son, Ryan, as honorary directors. They show us how rodeo truly becomes part of the family.

We are on a mission to connect the next generation with experiences they might not have otherwise. Through Rodeo 101, the Caldwell Night Rodeo Foundation is bringing the stories, skills and traditions of the western lifestyle directly to our community.

From learning where food comes from to getting an up-close look at livestock and rodeo events, kids will have the chance to explore a world that’s often unfamiliar but deeply rooted in hard work, responsibility and community.

It is all possible thanks to hard working volunteers and passionate partners. An extra special thank you to Kendall GMC of Nampa for keeping us safe on the summer run and the best wrap job for both truck and trailer!
