The first youth league practice session is tomorrow (Wednesday, Sept. 2nd) from 3:30 - 5:00. Caldwell youth league members can come when they can and practice with a coach, or on their own, whichever they prefer.

Car Show Donation #2 - Honor Flights Boise

This morning the Caldwell Bowl Veterans Appreciation Association was able to welcome Julie from Honor Flights Boise and Veteran Rodger to present a donation to them in sponsorship of the upcoming Honor Flight.

October 3-5 Honor Flights Boise will be sending over 20 Honor Flight Veterans with more than 20 companion veterans to Washington DC for the trip of a lifetime.

If you would like to get involved in supporting Honor Flights Boise and the local veterans they serve, contact Julie.

Thank you to Honor Flights for allowing us to partner with you this year. Thank you Mayor Phillips for coming and joining us in this presentation this morning. Thank you to everyone who supports the CBVAA Car Show and the CBVAA organization.

Car show donation #1 - Quilts of Valor:

On Friday, the Caldwell Bowl Veterans Appreciation Association was able to use a portion of the funds collected during our 3rd annual Veterans and First Responders Car Show in May to present a donation check to our local Quilts of Valor chapter.

Quilts of Valor is an organization made up of amazing people who gather together monthly to sew and quilt and produce beautiful quilts that are then presented to military veterans in our community.

Thank you to everyone who supports our Car Show each year, so that we can share that support with our local veterans and veteran organizations!

Join us tomorrow at noon at the bowling center for a very special presentation with our local Honor Flights organization.

Youth League kickoff day is this Saturday, Aug 29 and in preparation for that, we are highlighting the great parts of junior bowling league participation each day this week.

Today is all about showing you the money! Every junior bowler in our Caldwell Youth Bowlers program earns scholarships for participating, competing and serving thru our program. Bowling is a unique youth activity because youth start earning scholarship money as young as 5 years old.

Join us Saturday to learn more about all of the opportunities thru our programs.
