Shoulder stability isn’t optional in baseball.

Baseball isn’t just about swings and throws.
It’s about explosive power.

Box jumps train lower-body strength, coordination, and fast-twitch muscle fibers, the same muscles our athletes use when they:
⚾ explode out of the batter’s box
âšľ drive off the mound
âšľ react to a ground ball
âšľ steal a base

Power starts from the ground up. If you can’t produce force quickly, you can’t transfer it into your swing or your throw.

You’ll see our athletes digging their hands into a bucket of rice before and after they throw.

It’s called Rice Bucket Training and it’s one of the most effective (and low-cost) tools for building forearm strength.

Rice bucket training strengthens the small muscles in the fingers, hands, wrists, and forearms, the stabilizers that protect the elbow and shoulder during high-velocity throwing.

When those muscles are strong:
• Grip strength improves
• Arm endurance increases
• Stress on the elbow decreases
• Recovery improves

Before throwing, it activates the forearm and gets the arm ready to work.
After throwing, it promotes blood flow and helps with recovery.
