That’s not luck. That’s discipline, consistency, and showing up when it’s hard.

This might be one of the biggest transformations I’ve seen yet — not because we restricted food or had to starve ourselves to get there.

Since June 16, we’ve focused on learning about food, understanding which foods caused inflammation, and choosing whole foods that her body could process best.

Workouts were consistent — 3 times a week.
Nutrition was consistent.
Rest was consistent.

And that consistency added up.

After having four children and spending years putting everyone else’s needs before her own, some of the things that mattered most to her were:
• Feeling good in her body again
• Improving her mental health
• Gaining confidence
• Slimming her waist
• Building muscle definition

She understood the assignment when it came to tracking her food, showing up consistently in the gym, and taking the progress photos — even when it felt uncomfortable.

Since June 16:
• Down 20 pounds
• +2.5 pounds of muscle
• −24 pounds of body fat
• 15% drop in body fat

At our last check-in we went through each of these goals… and checked them all off the list.

Every single one.
