September 1st marks the FIRST DAY of the 2026–2027 CLUB VOLLEYBALL SEASON, and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead! 💙🖤🤍

A new season means new goals, new opportunities, new teammates, and another year of building strong, confident athletes both on and off the court.

Friday, August 21st, head to Butte High to support your BHS athletes! The JV / Varsity Volleyball team will hold a meet and greet for the younger kiddos after the last volleyball game ends.

AS I RECEIVE MESSAGES TODAY, I FEEL THIS POST IS NECESSARY:

📣 ATHLETE REMINDER: You represent more than yourself.

As we head into another season, I want to remind all athletes about the importance of our Code of Conduct and what it means to represent your team.

When you put on your team uniform, you represent your teammates, your coaches, your families, your school/club, and your community. That responsibility doesn’t end when you walk off the court.

We expect our athletes to:

🏐 Show respect!

🏐 Be a good teammate. This means not talking about anyone cut from the BHS Volleyball team. These girls will still be your teammates / competitors during club.

🏐 Demonstrate good sportsmanship.

🏐 Be mindful of your behavior away from competition. What you say in public, post on social media, and how you conduct yourself in the community can reflect on your entire team. And it WILL always get back to your coaches.

🏐 Avoid gossip, bullying, negativity, and drama.

🏐 Be accountable. Mistakes happen. Own them, learn from them, and make better choices moving forward.

Being part of a team is a privilege. Talent may earn you a spot on the court, but character determines the kind of teammate and representative you become.

Before you speak, post, react, or make a decision, ask yourself:

“Does this represent my club/school team in a way I’m proud of?”

We hold our athletes to high standards because representing your team means something. Play hard. Be respectful. Be accountable. Support each other. And above all, represent with pride.🏐💪 If you cannot hold yourself to these standards, we are not the club for you.

That said, we look forward to a great season with you all.

It’s time to get ready for another Bulldog fall sports season! 🏈👟⛳️🏐⚽️📣

Join us for an evening of Bulldog pride, fall sports scrimmages, food, and fun! Come out and support ALL of our fall athletes as they hit the field and court for the first time this season.
