Summer is a great time to build skills that last longer than summer. Our Teen Strength & Conditioning program helps teens ages 13-17 learn how to strength train safely, improve conditioning, move with confidence, and develop healthy habits they can carry with them for years to come.
Some participants play sports. Some don’t. Some have gym experience. Some are completely new. No matter where your teen is starting from or what their goals are, strength training can help build confidence, resilience, coordination, body awareness, and lifelong healthy habits. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where teens can learn, grow, and discover what they’re capable of.
Classes are capped at 6 participants to ensure everyone gets the attention and guidance they need.
Starting July 6 Mondays with Coach Molly & Wednesdays with Coach Chloe 4:30-5:30pm
CFB Members: $99 every 2 weeks (3 installments)
Non-Members: $139 every 2 weeks (3 installments)
