6. 5 players on the field in similar colored shirts or pinnies and a goalie in a separate colored shirt or pinnie than both teams. 2 must be women at all times, if not then the team plays short 1 guy or even 2 guys. In 7 v7 games, 2 women minimum is also the rule.

2019 Mexicalli 6v6 coed soccer league rules & mission statement
The idea behind starting a coed league was to create a reasonably priced opportunity to enjoy soccer in the summer and still have it be competitive, fun and safe. I believe with your help we can make that happen. So some basic rules are needed to make this work. Most are commonsense, but some aren’t, as the season continues we can change them to benefit everyone. We take off Memorial Day weekend and Labor day weekend if scheduling allows.
The league plays on Sundays from May-August in the early evening, usually from 4pm-dusk and in Sept.-Oct from 3pm-6pm gradually moving the start time back to 12 noon by the end of October. Thursdays from 6/20-8/29 start at 6pm or 7pm behind Williston Central School. My cell # is 363-0222
The league is broken up into 5 sessions:
Sundays
Pre-season—5/5, 5/12 & 5/19 for $195.00
1st session— 6/2, 6/9, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30 & 7/7 for $495.00
2nd session— 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 8/4, 8/11, 8/18 & 8/25 for $570.00
Fall session---9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20& 10/27 for $645.00
Thursdays
6/20, 6/27, 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1, 8/8, 8/15,8/22 & 8/29-$775.00
Playoffs are only played during the 3 x (6+) week Sunday sessions & Thursdays and not pre-season.
