We are looking for yoga teachers, who are available to teach on the weekends, to join our ToLife! team! All styles of yoga are welcome, as we offer an array of classes (including, but not limited to Gentle, Power, Vinyasa, Aerial, and Kids classes)!

We are also in need of comprehensively certified Pilates teachers! We teach classical Pilates with an emphasis on modern biomechanics.

NEW CLASS alert 🚨 MYOFASCIAL RELEASE CLASS!! Wednesdays at 7:00 pm starting tomorrow!

This class focuses on self and prop-assisted myofascial release to help reduce tension, improve mobility, and support recovery. Using tools such as foam rollers, yoga blocks, and myofascial release balls, you’ll learn how to target tight or restricted areas in the body with intention and control. Expect a slower-paced, mindful practice designed to enhance body awareness, relieve soreness, and complement your overall movement routine. Suitable for all levels.

If you have your own foam roller and/or myofascial release ball(s), please bring them, as we have limited quantities available.

Join us for Aerial Yin & Yang on Thursdays at 10:00 am! Half active flow with the assistance of the silks, half Yin holds with the support of the silks - this class is open to all levels. Jessica will guide you with care and compassion.
