Meet Susan 💚

If you’ve spent any time at Contour, chances are you’ve felt Susan’s impact. As one of our founding instructors, she’s been part of the studio since day one - and it’s impossible to imagine Contour without her.

Known affectionately as the mama bear of the studio, Susan brings warmth, wisdom, and care to everything she does. Her teaching style is thoughtful and encouraging, and she hopes every client leaves class feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected to their body.

Happy birthday month to our June baby, Jodi! 🥳💚

Jodi may be one of the newest members of the Contour team, but she has already made such a meaningful impact on our community. As our resident pre/postnatal instructor extraordinaire, she brings so much care, knowledge, and intentionality to supporting clients through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum.

We’re so grateful for the warmth and expertise she brings to the studio - and for the thoughtful way she helps clients feel strong, supported, and cared for in their movement practice.

The biggest congratulations are in order for our newest COMPREHENSIVELY CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR Taylor!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Yesterday, Taylor officially passed her comprehensive Pilates certification through , and we could not be more proud 💚 Becoming comprehensively certified is no small accomplishment. The process includes 500+ hours of training, studying, observation, and teaching across every Pilates apparatus, culminating in both written and practical examinations. It’s a true testament to dedication to the Pilates method and the craft of teaching.

Taylor has worked incredibly hard for this milestone, and we are so excited to celebrate this accomplishment and all that lies ahead in her teaching journey ✨ Please join us in congratulating her!
