Here is today’s Monday morning eight-minute Pilates practice. I would argue that is the least expensive style of Pilates. I have a free membership to a thoroughly (I won’t say fully) equipped studio that has paid for itself many times over. I have top-tier and customized instructions coming from the inside of my own head…for free! Can anyone out there relate? If you want to experience this for yourself, I can teach you how.
