What a fun and fast weekend at the North Suburban Aquatic Club - NSAC Summer Invite! We had fun learning about the chaos that comes with chase starts and being competitive in the pool and on deck (several rounds of Uno and Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza later)!

Thank you to Rory Coplan, Andrea Dees, Kerra Mayor, U of M Staff, the officials and volunteers for running a great meet for all. Shout out to NSAC for continuing to provide the best hospitality food! Lots of PRs, smiles and down time between heats playing games with friends old and new, from Wave and other teams.

Alexandria Swim Club 51st Annual Lake Swim 🌊☀️

We brought 7 Wave Athletes and 3 Wave Masters swimmers to Lake Henry on this sunny Sunday afternoon. We had a blast and swimmers raced between 1/4 mile to 4 miles! 🏊🏻‍♂️🏊🏻‍♀️

Thank you to Dave Molesworth, the Meece family, officials and volunteers for having us and running a great meet! Many new memories made today 😊

Next up ... Avery Baker!

Avery went the extra mile at our first home meet of the season last Thursday. Avery helped give the 200 Freestyle swimmers a pep talk and race plan before all of their races! He helped cheer for swimmers, get them to the blocks on time and showed tremendous leadership and kindness towards not only his teammates, but all athletes on deck.

You sure made us proud, keep up the great work!
