International Yoga Day & The Summer Solstice is this Sunday June 21st.

Come celebrate yoga and the longest day of the year here .bvl ☀️🧘‍♀️

Together we’ll move through 108 Sun Salutations (or choose 27 or 54 rounds), followed by popsicles, a floral water blessing ceremony, and creating prayer flags filled with intentions, hopes, and blessings for the season ahead.
