Yesterday we had a really fun time getting ready for the race and setting up the stations! And these runners EARNED those candy canes!🎅 💪💪
It was a great night to enjoy the lights, get some miles in and celebrate the holidays and fitness!🎁

It was a beautiful morning for a run!🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Today was the first Hernando Hustle 5k put on by the Chamber of Commerce! Congrats to all the finishers!👏This race was alot of fun to do as a team & everyone who ran did amazing!🙌 I couldn't be happier with the JJF Bootcamp crew's performance & results, you're all incredible & we came to race today!🫡 Great job everyone, have an awesome weekend & see you on Monday!👊

Another one in the books!☑️
We had an awesome time at Jiu-jitsu World League yesterday!💪🥋🔥 Congrats to all my Primal Striking and Bjj teammates who put in work!🫡Definitely have had my better days on the mats, but overall I'm happy to be healthy & presented with new opportunities to grow.🌿
A huge THANK YOU to my coaches, Justin Terrell & Joe Formiga Cortez for investing their time in the craft, for staying in my corner over the years & helping me sharpen my skills. I'm very grateful for them🙏👊👊
