🌟 Sunday Spotlight… a day late! 🌟

Spring ball may be winding down, but there is still plenty happening around Brookfield Baseball & Softball!

⚾ Fall Ball registration is now open! We encourage families to sign up as early as possible. Early registration helps us plan for teams, coaches, and summer clinic opportunities. If you’re thinking about playing this fall, don’t wait until the last minute! 🥎

🚗 Our Car Wash & Bake Sale Fundraiser is coming up next Friday, June 26! Emails and messages have been sent out with volunteer sign-up information. We are still looking for help with baking, collecting donations, washing cars, making signs, and helping spread the word. Every volunteer and every customer gets us one step closer to our goal.

💡 Let’s Light Up Lewis! All proceeds from the fundraiser will support the Light Up Lewis Campaign and help bring field lights to our baseball and softball complex. Together, we’re building something special for future generations of players.

🏆 Congratulations to our Minors Baseball team on advancing to the Championship Game! We wish the players and coaches the best of luck as they compete for the title.

We are incredibly grateful for the amazing support our community has shown for the Light Up Lewis project.

We are excited to announce that all of our bench sponsorships have been filled! Thank you to every family, business, and supporter who stepped up to be part of this project. Your generosity is helping bring this vision to life for the future of Brookfield Baseball & Softball for many years to come.

While the benches are spoken for, there are still many opportunities to leave your mark on Lewis Field. We are actively seeking sponsors and donors for our donor wall, commemorative bricks, light sponsorships, and pole sponsorships.

The battle for bragging rights is still on! Be sure to cast your vote in the Baseball vs. Softball change jars at the snack shack. Every penny counts!

🍭 Help Us Clear the Shelves
As the season winds down, help us sell through the remaining snack shack inventory. Grab a treat, a drink, or your favorite snack at your upcoming home games and help us finish strong.

🚗🧁 Car Wash & Bake Sale
Don’t forget to check your email for volunteer sign-up links for our upcoming Car Wash & Bake Sale! We are still looking for:

• Car wash volunteers
• Bake sale volunteers
• Baked goods donations
• Set-up and clean-up help

🚨 SNACK SHACK VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 🚨

Our season is flying by, but we still need volunteers to help staff the Snack Shack for the remainder of the season!

First and foremost, THANK YOU to everyone who has already stepped up and donated their time. Your help has made a huge difference, and we truly couldn’t do this without you.

The Snack Shack is more than just snacks and drinks. It helps support our league, our players, and the improvements we’re working so hard to bring to Lewis Field. But it only works when families come together and share the load.

If you’ve been meaning to sign up but haven’t gotten around to it yet, now is the perfect time. Even one shift helps. The more volunteers we have, the fewer shifts each person needs to cover.

Many hands make light work, and this is one of those times when every little bit truly matters.
