Christine started working with us after her daughter Laurel joined a little over a year ago. Her goal was to start improving her quality of life.

Christine had noticed that certain things were getting more challenging. Things like reaching up to the top shelf at home, getting up off the floor, and doing daily tasks.

Since she started Christine has noticed a ton of improvement. Within her first month of starting her daughter sent us a picture of her reaching the top shelf of the refrigerator section at the grocery store. She’s gotten so much stronger and she feels like a new person.
