Week in Review ๐ช
We built strength with 3RM Back Squats and 3RM Deadlifts, challenged ourselves with Strict Pull-Ups, and mixed in running, bench press, and wall walks.
The week kept rolling with power snatches, wall balls, toes-to-bar, rowing, and double unders before finishing strong with running, walking lunges, push press, and farmerโs carries.
