Kasey Brown is a Certified Personal Trainer and Pittsburgh, PA native that fell in love with Bristol, RI in 2015 and never left. Her husband, Corey, and her moved here for his first post-graduate job and fell in love with the small town support, beauty, & community. Kasey Brown is a Certified Personal Trainer since 2012 with other Certifications such as Group Training Specialist, Youth Training Sp

ecialist, & Spin Instructor Certified, and has a Health and Physical Education degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Kasey has a passion for helping her clients of all ages get stronger, feel great, & move better, regardless of your fitness background.

Not only is 3 my lucky number, but it’s always had significance in my life. After 3 years of the studio (established in 202*3* 🫰🏼), I’m overwhelmed with gratitude & can’t wait to see what more we can all do together.

I originally planned on making this whole video showing all of the amazing clips of everyone that make this gym so special, but instead, I’m going to share what’s on my heart & 3 things I’m thankful for on this journey 🫶🏼 (in no particular order).

1) My family, friends, & friends that became family. This Pittsburgh girl has met some of her best friends & the most amazing people through this community that I am lucky to know and have in our lives. Rhode Island instantly felt like home 11 years ago thanks to you & we truly feel that we have family away from family. 🫶🏼 we couldn’t do this without the support of everyone, truly. It takes a team and ours is amazing. 🤍

2) Our community - YOU are truly unmatched. What would we do without you? Literally just sit in the corner & cry? (🥹 jokes but really😭) we couldn’t do what we do without YOU. I’m so proud of us. ALL ages & levels crush it on the daily here & this community will welcome you with open arms. 🙌🏼 I want everyone to feel that they belong, because you do.👏🏼

3) My therapist (and therapy in general🤌🏼 if you know you know🙃). Owning your own business cracks you wiiiiiide wide wide wide wide open. Any insecurity, anxiety, or fear you have shoots to the surface when you feel vulnerable or imposter syndrome creeps in. As someone who has dealt with mental health since I was a kid, if I didn’t have mental health support, this journey would be very different. I have to take care of myself in order to take care of others. While there are many days of doubt & worry, there are 2x the amount of beauty, strength, & such memorable freaking moments that remind me exactly what I’m meant to be doing. You’re not alone 🤍
