Heat 4th->4th
A-main 14th->13th

After not being to Jackson since 2024. We went to run the MSTS 305 opener. We got through the heat, started 14th. We were moving up, getting ready to pass for 10th when a yellow came out. Unfortunately my wing tree collapsed. Thank you to everyone who pitched in to get me back out. We came from last back to 13th.

Heat 1st->1st
A-main 7th->DNF

We had a bad fast car early in the night. In our heat we were .3 faster than 2nd. The thing was on rails. Early in the A-main we faded back to 9th. We made moves forward. When the incident occurred we were getting ready to throw a slide job for 6th. As we were making the move a yellow came out. I lifted as the car in front me lifted. I was in a tough spot and hit a tractor tire causing the tie rod to snap in half. Tough deal as I pride myself on finishing races.

Husets Speedway

We got the car all fixed up from Fridays damage. Unfortunately during engine heat it started raining. So they canceled the night. That’s two in a row at husets. Looking forward to next Sunday.

Overall a frustrating weekend, but we will keep our heads down. Time to keep digging! See you all Sunday at husets!

Worthington Speedway
First night in a 360:

Hot laps: 14th/26
Heat: 5th -> 5th
B-main: 2nd -> 1st
A-Main: 15th->9th

First night in the 360 our goal was to make the show and load up it in one piece. Starting the night out the track was gone, so it made it very challenging to get comfortable. In the heat race I was trying to get laps to feel out the car. I definitely need to get better with running the cushion when it’s slick. Had to run the B. Started outside front row. Got to the lead and ended up winning the B-main. Feature time it was rubbered up around the bottom. We made some moves forward and logged some good laps. Overall disappointing track all night, but definitely got more and more comfortable as the night went on. Happy to check off both of the goals for the night!

Thank you to Steve Ziebarth for letting me wheel the 86. The motor rips! Crazy how much different the car handles with a good engine.

This weekends schedule!

Thursday I’ll be making my 360 debut at Worthington Speedway in the Ziebarth 86! New track and new car for me! Excited to have some more power under the hood!

Sunday we will be back at Husets in the 305! With having the highest point average we will have to get the elbows up like buddy!

Unfortunately we can’t get rowdy for Busch tonight. Races are canceled. We were hoping to race Eagle for their two day show, but we do not have pit help. The next time we will be in action will be Thursday May 28th in the 86 360 car! Can’t wait!

Unfortunately, tonight’s races at Rapid Speedway have been canceled due to weather and track conditions. 🌧️

While the rain may move out around race time, the issue is the steady moisture throughout the day. In order to provide a safe and raceable surface, we need time to properly work the moisture into the track — and today’s weather simply isn’t allowing us that opportunity.

We know this is disappointing, and we appreciate everyone’s understanding. We’ll regroup and look forward to seeing everyone back at the track next Friday!

Fridays are for racing… just not this Friday. 💙💚
