Hey 👋 Boulder friends! I am guest teaching for Jill Emich and for Shine Living Community. I will be teaching alongside Jessica Emich so come and get a taste of the Shine! Dates and times: Sept 9, Wednesday, 9:30am-11:00am and Sept 16, Wednesday, 9:30-11:00am. I will lead the dance portion the first half of class and Jessica will lead us in beautiful yoga and meditation practice. LOCATION FOR CLASSES: Mi Chantli studio, Boulder, CO. Let’s move together!
