Testing out the new NOBULL Outwork Flex👟

When it comes to strength training, there are a few things I look for in a shoe:

- Stability to help me feel grounded during lifts

- Traction to keep me planted throughout my workout

- Support that absorbs impact without sacrificing that connected to the floor feel.

Today I put the Outwork Flex to the test during a lower body workout, and my first impression is that they delivered on all three.

I especially liked the balance of stability and flexibility. They felt supportive during squats and lower body movements while still being comfortable right out of the box. I’m so excited to have a new favorite strength training shoe!

shoulders, arms & back workout!!

If you’re working out from home and don’t have a barbell you can totally modify by using dumbbells for all.

I personally love grouping all the barbell exercises into a circuit first and then grouping the dumbbell exercises as a second circuit.

Try for 3 sets of 8-10 reps☺️🍉

Let me know if you plan on trying this!!!

When you crave something sweet after dinner 🍌🍫

These frozen banana peanut butter bites have been my go to lately. They’re easy to make, taste like a homemade try-fru, and are only about 80 calories each.

Ingredients:
• 1 large banana (or 1½ small bananas)
• 4 tbsp peanut butter
• ½ cup Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions:

1. Slice banana into 24 rounds.
2. Spread about 1 tsp peanut butter between every two slices to create 12 banana sandwiches.
3. Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
4. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
5. Dip each banana bite into the chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
6. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
7. Freeze until set and enjoy!

Makes 12 bites

Per bite:
80 calories
2g protein
8g carbs
6g fat

date night in Newport, RI 🌊⚓️

We checked out the oldest tavern in America!! It’s been around since 1673 we loved the Beef Wellington 😊

After dinner we took the coastal drive along Ocean Drive until we reached Castle Hill Inn. They have a few indoor and outdoor restaurants but you can also keep it casual and sit on one of the Adirondack chairs overlooking the water on The Lawn, grab a drink and enjoy the views. It’s gorgeous on a sunny day! Luckily they also provide blankets on colder nights though!

Let me know where your favorite date night spots are!!

Avocado hack 🥑

Only need a little avocado? Cut the top off and scoop out what you need. The skin protects the rest, helping it stay fresh longer and reducing browning.

I do this when I just need a little avocado to add to my meal and don’t want to waste the whole thing.

What other helpful avocado hacks do you know?? Share please!!

30 Minute Full Body Workout!! 🥵🔥

If you’re wondering how long you should rest between exercises and sets, here’s a good rule of thumb:

Give yourself enough time to catch your breath so you can go into the next exercise feeling ready to give it your best effort. When I’m doing circuits like this, I usually rest about 20-30 seconds between exercises and 1 to 2 minutes between rounds/sets. If you’re challenging yourself with heavier weight, resting even longer is totally normal and even recommended.

The goal isn’t to rush through the workout. It’s to recover enough that you can maintain good form and intensity throughout the entire session. If you’re flying through it, it may be a sign that the weight you’re using is too light and you need to up it for more of a challenge. Hope that helps!!

Try for 3 sets of 8-10 reps ☺️
