Today we had the pleasure of renting out our space to some incredibly talented Berklee students who turned the gym into a full-on music video set. Snow outside, creativity inside.

We know every parent wants their child to stay active, build confidence, and be safe. This class focuses on strong foundations, discipline, and skill-building in a supportive, structured environment.

Last night our members enjoyed exhilarating workouts with our 6:00 pm Power Half Hour and 6:30 pm 1 hour Boxing Skills and techniques. Come join our night classes and warm up from the cold weather! It’s a great time to begin those New Year Goals! 🎉🥳
