Think you can predict the madness? Join our bracket challenge and compete with fellow Body Basics clients for bragging rights—and a great prize!

How to play:

➡️ Scan the QR code found on the posted gym flyers (or access the link via the March newsletter.).

➡️ Open the link and pick the teams you think will win, all the way to the NCAA tournament championship.

➡️ Brackets open March 15, and your your picks must be completed before the first tip-off on March 19 (we recommend finishing by March 18 just to be safe!).

➡️ The person who correctly picks the most winning teams will win a $100 SCHEELS gift card!

Follow along as the tournament unfolds and see who’s climbing the leaderboard— no doubt the competition will be fierce and fun! 🏀

🏀 In honor of March Madness, we are bringing back the mini basketball hoop for this month’s Client Challenge. We are all incredibly excited for the March prize, a pair of Inov8 training shoes for the Shoot-4-Shoes winner!

🏀 Each training session attended during the month earns you 2 shots at the basket. Attempting a bar hang earns you 2 more shots — and if you’re able to beat your prior hang time on another attempt, you’ll earn 1 more shot. You have all month long to hone those shooting skills and practice your grip strength.

🏀 Be sure to check out the Shot and Hang tally boards to see who’s bringing their A game!

Mixed emotions has been the theme of the last few weeks!
Today is Danika’s last day before she moves to Chicago, so feel free to stop in to say farewell!
Nate’s last day was last week; he was accepted onto the Boise Fire Department, which we are so excited about!!

We will miss these two greatly and have been so blessed to have been able to work with them for over 3 years!
