The next 4 weeks are focused on increasing our squat and pulling load & improving our explosive jump patterns! Look forward to progressive overloading (specific workouts designed to increase weight/reps) We can’t wait to watch you all GROW!

SOCAL🌴 - 60 minute sweat sesh! Combo of cardio and strength with some team style body weight reels!
APEX🛕 - Make your way up and down the pyramid! Superset stations with 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps & back up!
